New peer support Group for Carers of those with a Mental Health Condition

Join a group of people who understand.

No judgement, just a warm and friendly welcome.  Learn about different conditions, coping strategies, and managing behaviours.

Get support from other Carers, staff from NAViGO and The Carers’ Support Service.

Second Thursday of each month at The Carers’ Support Service, 1 Town Hall Square, Grimsby, DN31 1HY 1pm – 3pm.
