Substance Use Course
Specially designed for those supporting someone with a substance use or alcohol problem. This 3-part workshop runs over 3 Wednesdays starting in January.
Course covers:
Cycle of change, Enabling and Communication
Coping Strategies, Boundary Setting, Harm Reduction
Stigmas, Identifying Barriers to Change, Self-care and Wellbeing.
