Donations & Fundraising

The Carers’ Support Centre needs to raise many thousands of pounds each year so that we can continue to provide services to Carers in North and North East Lincolnshire who need our help.

We do receive financial backing from North Lincolnshire Council, North East Lincolnshire Council and the NHS, however, we need additional funding to help us to cover the costs of providing that little bit of extra support which can make all the difference to our service users.

How you can support us

There are several ways you can support the Carers’ Support Service in our fundraising efforts.

We accept cash and cheque donations.
Please donate cash in person at either of our offices, or make cheques payable to the ‘Carers’ Support Centre’ and post to either of our offices.

If you are a UK taxpayer and would like to make a Gift Aid donation (this will enable us to claim an extra 25 pence from the Government for every £1 you donate)

Please download and complete a Gift Aid Declaration form and return it with your payment.

Do you run, or are you a member of a local group? Why not choose the Carers’ Support Service as your charity for your next fundraising event.
Are you planning a personal challenge? Why not achieve your goals whilst helping us to achieve ours.
Give us a call and ask for a sponsorship form.

Thank You.

The Lincolnshire Freemasons attended the Centre in December 2022 to donate a cheque for £500

Louise 3 Peaks Challenger

Our supporter Louise took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in August 2021 and  generously raised funds for the Carers’ Support Service.

Sarah ran the London Marathon

Sarah took part in the London Marathon on 3rd October 2021 and raised funds for the Carers’ Support Service.

My running journey started in 2017 when I signed up to the Grimsby 10k with my friends, at that time I was a complete beginner and struggled to run to the end of the road, I soon caught the running bug and haven’t looked back since!

I entered the London marathon ballot for several years but I wasn’t lucky enough to get a place, so when the opportunity to run for Carer’s NEL came up I thought it was meant to be, my brother is disabled and my mum is his carer, over the years they have received much needed support from Carers NEL and being able to run the London Marathon for this amazing charity has given me the opportunity to give something back.

Lincs Lotto

Play Lincs Lotto and raise money for the Carers’ Support Centre.

Tickets for the lottery cost just £1 per week. Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize each week, with a top prize of £25,000! That’s a better chance of winning than the National Lottery or the Health Lottery!

The real winners are the good causes. From every £1 ticket sold, 60p will go to good causes in North Lincolnshire. This is more than double the ticket percentage that goes to good causes when you play the National Lottery. Even better, you can choose which good cause gets 50p of the 60p (the remaining 10p will be distributed to other good causes).

More information about the Lincs Lotto and how the lottery works can be found by clicking here.
