The Carers’ Support Service provides a range of subsidised therapies, to help Carers have time to themselves, relax and recharge.
Once registered with the Carers’ Support Service you can access an unlimited number of therapies at reduced rates. You may be eligible for a number of free therapies depending on the impact of your caring role.
Treat yourself to a full body massage, manicure, pedicure or another of the therapies we have on offer.
One of the first questions we get asked is “What does holistic mean?” Holistic means ‘whole’ (it has Greek roots) so we deal with you as a ‘whole’, whether you need a therapy because of stress, bad posture, fatigue, general aches and pains or just to have some ‘Me time’. We hope you leave us feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Appointments are 1 hour. Your therapy will last approximately 45 minutes
Former Carers already registered with the Carers’ Support Service can access these prices for 3 months. Beyond this you may access therapies at the prices charged to members of the public.

Changes to the way therapies are accessed – 2026
The Carers’ Support Service has previously provided therapies for free to Carers with no limit to the number of therapies Carers could access over time. This resulted in waiting times of over two months to access the service.
To reduce waiting times, and ensure Carers most impacted by their caring role can access this service when they need it, the number of free therapies is now limited. Some Carers may not be eligible for any free therapies, but can still access therapies at the subsidised rates. We recognise this may be a big change for some Carers.
Because the Carers’ Support Service is a charity, any money that is made beyond the cost of delivering the holistic therapy service contributes to running peer support groups, Carer training and activities.
