The Carers Support Service and Dementia Direct offers free, confidential support for unpaid Carers across North and North East Lincolnshire. Whether you support a family member, friend, or neighbour, we provide practical advice and emotional guidance.
Additionally, the service delivers wellbeing activities, peer groups, and specialist Carer support. We help Carers access benefits advice, hospital discharge support, dementia resources, counselling, and training opportunities.
Our team also works with schools, health professionals, and community organisations to champion unpaid carers. As a result, Carers gain recognition, feel valued, and access support tailored to their individual needs. Furthermore, we create opportunities for Carers to connect, learn, and improve their overall wellbeing.
The service empowers Carers to balance their personal health alongside daily caring responsibilities.
Every service is personalised, ensuring each Carer receives respectful, understanding, and timely support.
