The Carers Support Service provides free, confidential help for unpaid carers in North and North East Lincolnshire. Whether you care for a family member, friend, or neighbour, the service offers practical advice, emotional support, and a range of activities to improve wellbeing. Support includes benefits guidance, hospital discharge help, peer groups, dementia resources, counselling, and training. We also work with school, health professionals, and community organisations to ensure carers are recognised and valued. By offering opportunities to connect, learn, and access specialist advice, the service empowers carers to balance their own health and needs alongside their caring role. All services are tailored to the individual, ensuring every carer receives understanding, respect, and the right support at the right time.
