NEL Sound Bath
Relax, Rebalance, and Reconnect
Caring for a loved one can feel demanding, both physically and emotionally. That’s why it’s important to take time for yourself. Our Sound Bath session in Grimsby offers carers a free chance to relax, recharge, and experience something truly calming.
The NEL Sound Bath takes place on
Thursday 23 April
11:00 am to 12:00 pm
at The Carers’ Support Service,
1 Town Hall Square, Grimsby
Led by Hannah from Stellular Sounds, this one-hour session uses the power of sound to promote deep relaxation. Participants are guided through a unique experience where sound vibrations create a soothing atmosphere that helps ease stress and tension. Many people describe sound baths as meditative, grounding, and restorative.
The session is open to all carers who are registered with The Carers Support Service NEL. You don’t need any previous experience, and the group is fully accessible. Simply bring yourself, get comfortable, and allow the sound to do the work. The vibrations produced by instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes encourage stillness and create space for your mind to reset.
Sound baths can offer many benefits, including
better sleep
reduced anxiety
and improved focus
Carers often tell us that time for self-care is rare, but essential. This workshop gives you a safe environment to pause and nurture your wellbeing while connecting with others who understand the challenges of caring.
