These sessions promote both physical and emotional relaxation. You will be guided through gentle meditation practices that help calm the mind and release tension. Many carers find meditation a useful way to process emotions, reset energy levels, and improve overall wellbeing.
The session focuses on cleansing energy centres, releasing built-up stress, and creating space for renewed focus. It allows carers to reconnect with themselves while finding a moment of peace away from daily demands. You don’t need any previous experience in meditation—everyone is welcome, whether you are new to the practice or already familiar.
The sessions are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and accessible, giving all carers an opportunity to take part.
Carers often tell us that it can be difficult to prioritise their own needs. These sessions are a reminder that self-care is not selfish—it is essential. By attending, you give yourself the chance to restore balance, improve resilience, and leave feeling refreshed.
The Carers’ Support Service has supported unpaid carers across North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire since 1989. For more than 30 years, we have provided free, confidential advice, wellbeing opportunities, and groups to help carers feel less isolated and more supported. Sessions like these are a vital part of that support.
Spaces are limited, so booking is required on 01472 242277.
