Reset your Mind

Caring for a loved one can be deeply rewarding. However, it also brings challenges that can affect your health and wellbeing. Taking time out for yourself is not a luxury, it is essential. Our Reset Your Mind session gives carers the chance to pause, recharge, and focus on their own needs in a supportive setting.

This is a calming workshop, led by experienced practitioner Adam Hornsby from New Version Therapy.  Adam introduces simple yet powerful techniques to manage stress. He will guide you through a taster of hypnotherapy, meditation, and breathwork.  The guided taster sessions should help you to release tension and restore balance. These practices encourage relaxation, improve focus, and promote better emotional resilience; tools you can take away and use daily.

Whether you are new to relaxation techniques or already practice them, this session offers valuable insight and guidance. You will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and better prepared to handle the challenges of your caring role.

Date: Wednesday 29th April
Time: 10am – 12pm
Location: Gunness Village Hall, Old Village St, Gunness, Scunthorpe DN15 8TH

The session is open to all carers living in North Lincolnshire who are registered with The Carers Support Service. It is part of our wider programme of wellbeing workshops designed to support unpaid carers in reducing stress, building confidence, and improving their overall quality of life.
