Our sessions help reduce isolation and support wellbeing. They align with our mission to empower carers and PLWD across North Lincolnshire.
The Carers Support Service and Dementia Direct has supported carers for nearly 30 years. We offer free, confidential services including peer groups, counselling, training, advice, and wellbeing activities. Working closely with other partners we deliver holistic help from diagnosis onward, however no diagnosis is needed. We design all support to build resilience, promote independence, and foster strong community bonds.
Attending a Dementia Café provides company, strengthens connections. It offers a space to recalibrate, learn coping strategies, and find reassurance from others who truly understand.
