Looking after our back is an essential part of self care that is often overlooked, as our priority is often our the person we care for.
This session looks to address some of the issues we face as carers in relation to our own health and well-being and will also give you the opportunity to explore any specific handling issues that you may have.

The Carers Support Service offers free, confidential support for unpaid carers across North and North East Lincolnshire.
Whether you support a family member, friend, or neighbour, we provide practical advice and emotional support.
The Carers Support Service offers wellbeing activities, peer support groups, and specialist support for Carers.
We also provide dedicated dementia support for people living with dementia and their Carers.
Our team can help Carers access benefits advice, hospital discharge support, counselling, training, and dementia resources.
We also work with schools, health professionals, and community organisations to ensure carers receive the support they need.
