regular support points me in the right direction. A quote from a parent carer

We have a siblings group for brothers & sisters (aged 8-15 years) of a child with a disability or additional needs.

The programme (5 sessions) aims to focus on the child, we talk about their life and who is in their world, we discuss & reflect on their feelings, how they are coping, how they communicate (encourage lots of this) and we end the programme looking at resources that promote the wellbeing of the child.  The sessions are fun, free and informative.
