Come along to see the Healthwatch team to discuss health and social care in North East Lincolnshire, and see how they could support you!
What You Can Expect
These sessions offer practical information, advice, and signposting around local health and social care services. Representatives from Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire will be available to listen to your experiences, answer questions, and help you understand the support available within the community.
You can access guidance and support on topics including:
- Understanding local health and social care services
- Sharing feedback or concerns about NHS, social care, GP, hospital, dental, pharmacy, or care services
- Support with navigating complaints processes and patient rights
- Information about advocacy and community support services
- Signposting to local wellbeing, carers’, mental health, and voluntary sector organisations
- Opportunities to have your voice heard and influence future services in North East Lincolnshire
Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire is the independent champion for people using health and social care services locally. Their role is to make sure local people’s voices are heard by decision-makers and service providers to help improve care for everyone. They also provide confidential information and signposting to help people access the right support and services when they need them.
