Join a group of people who understand.
No judgement, just a warm and friendly welcome. Learn about different conditions, coping strategies, and managing behaviours.
Get support from other Carers, staff from NAViGO and The Carers’ Support Service.
There is no need to book, just turn up on the day and you will be made to feel very welcome.
