I’m interested in being part of a Carers Forum

What is a Forum?

A forum is a space to express and discuss thoughts, ideas and views on things that are of public interest.

In this case, the Forum focuses on the interest of Carers, and to be sure discussions are representative of the views of Carers, its members are Carers.

Any carer over the age of 18 can join. You could be looking after a parent, a sibling, a child with additional needs, a friend or neighbour. Whatever your experiences as a Carer, they will be valuable in the pursuit of making positive change happen for Carers in North East Lincolnshire.

Complete the form below to express your interest in being part of the Carers Voice and we will get in touch with you.

**Why do we need to know this?

We want to be sure that any future forum is representative of a wide range of Carers. We can only know that it is by knowing the type of Carer you are. Knowing this will inform any ongoing recruitment of members.
