The Care Concierge team provide one to one telephone support, taking the time to listen to you before providing information and guidance to help you navigate the later life care journey. Their team of care experts can also work with you to find the care that your loved one needs, whether that is in their own home or in a care home.
Thanks to our relationship with Legal & General, you have free access to their premium ‘Guidance’ service:
- A 30-minute telephone session with a Care Expert, in addition to a free 15-minute consultation
- An understanding of what care is needed and how to arrange this care
- Guidance on typical care costs and the ways of paying for your care
- An email summarising everything discussed, and care guides tailored to your situation
Additional premium services are also available if you feel you would benefit from having a care expert help you with finding care or provide you with some advocacy support.
