A 4 part workshop for Carers of People Living with Dementia. Friendly and informative sessions designed to help you and the person you look after with their dementia journey.

Specially designed for those supporting someone with a substance use or alcohol problem. This is a 2 part workshop run over 2 Wednesdays in November, covering: cycle of change, enabling and communication coping strategies and boundary setting harm reduction stigma identifying barriers to change self-care and wellbeing

A monthly session with a talented local artist. Come along and learn new art techniques, or improve your existing ones. All abilities welcome.
